Hinged Snap Ends Discontinued

Bouquet of Snap Ends

The hinged snap end was a very popular option due to its easy-open trigger design.  They were mainly used on economy grade velour ropes, however, there seemed to be a design flaw in that basically anytime the end would drop to the floor, the trigger hinge would break off.

Crowd control manufacturer Queue Solutions, a company known for its customer service, would always replace the broken ends, but finally, the issue persisted to the point where it no longer made sense to offer the option.

The more durable slide snap ends have replaced trigger-style hinged snap ends across the product lines of Queue Solutions.  While many customers were sad to see the trigger snap ends go, they can look to the bright side of durability by having slide snap ends in place
