2013 Posting Dates For OSHA Form 300A

OSHA Form 300A, The Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses is to be posted from February 1st, 2013 through April 30th, 2013.  The information taken from OSHA Forms 300 and 301 comprise Form 300A.
IMPORTANT:
"All establishments covered by Part 1904 must complete this Summary page, even if no work-related injuries or illnesses occurred during the year." (OSHA Form 300A, http://www.osha.gov/recordkeeping/new-osha300form1-1-04.pdf)

OSHA Form 301 and 300

OSHA Form 301The Injury and Illness Report is used to document recordable work-related injuries and illness when they occur.  
OSHA Form 300, The Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses is used to "...record information about every work-related death and about every work-related injury or illness that involves loss of consciousness, restricted work activity or job transfer, days away from work, or medical treatment beyond first aid.
