2017 Holiday Kutoa Health Bar Donations Feed Hungry Children

It's that time again.  This year's season of giving resulted in two young gentlemen on behalf of Pro Stanchions' and its clients, making extraordinary donations to local food banks.  Pro Stanchions charitable program "Fighting Child Hunger" makes donations based qualifying purchases of crowd control belt stanchions, rope posts and wall mount belt barriers.

The first of the donations was once again made at Huth Road Elementary School in Grand Island, NY.  23 boxes (276 individual bars) of Kutoa health bars were donated during the school's annual holiday food drive.  The food drive annually supports the local Grand Island Neighbors Foundation.  Cody Schoen, the proud second grader pictured above, shows off Pro Stanchions' 3rd consecutive year of donations to the annual food drive. This was Cody's second year of donating to the food drive (last year Charlotte Sidway Elementary in Grand Island, NY) and first at Huth Rd. Elementary.

The second of the donations, consisting of 28 boxes (336 bars in total) of Kutoa health bars, was made by Tucker Schoen at Veronica Connor Middle School in Grand Island, NY.  This was Tucker's 3rd year of contributing to the annual food drive (2 previous years at Huth Rd Elementary) and his first at Veronica Connor Middle School.

In total, the 51 boxes of vegan, gluten-free health bars provided 612 individual bars to the local Grand Island food pantry.  With Kutoa's promise to donate a meal to hungry children both nationally and globally, this donation will help feed 1224 hungry mouths.
